AssistPoint
A two-layer build: a public site cataloguing hundreds of government services, and a client portal with a complete operations backbone for the firm and its clients.
Challenge
The firm manages hundreds of government services for dozens of establishments: sensitive credentials scattered around, licenses expiring silently, requests handled in chat threads, and no single record tying a client establishment to its documents and payments.
Solution
We built a two-layer system: a public site cataloguing 280+ services across 27 government entities, and the client portal — a modern interface on top of a custom Frappe backend we built from scratch with 26 business models covering the firm’s full cycle: from the establishment file and its documents, to requests and execution, to invoicing and treasury.
Scope
- Public catalogue: 280+ services across 27 government entities
- Client portal: one account per establishment uniting its documents, requests and payments
- Dynamic catalogue: 290 service types with configurable fields per type
- Encrypted vault for government credentials with a full access audit trail
- Automatic expiry alerts for documents and licenses
- Client balance wallet, invoicing, and an internal treasury system
- Full request lifecycle with activity trail and WhatsApp notifications
- In-browser PDF export for invoices and requests
Outcome
The platform runs today on the client domain and powers the firm’s actual operations — one of the largest and operationally deepest projects we have delivered.
