I host elsewhere — can I get support only?
Basic comes with our hosting; Advanced and Premium require your site to run with us because we commit to response times. Your current domain is managed free.
What counts as an "urgent bug"?
A defect in what B2P built that blocks an agreed function. Not new features, changed requirements, third-party outages or code changed by others.
Do prices include VAT?
Yearly, in SAR, excluding VAT; added on the quote and invoice.
Can I upgrade later?
Any time, paying the pro-rated difference to renewal. Downgrades at renewal only.
